Grus was a construction staffing company who hired temporary journeymen for jobs around the country. I learned most of my customer service skills from this job. You talk to all sorts of people and learn to adapt. I would call people all over the country to see if you wanted to take temporary journeymen jobs.
On top of that, I was entering in weekly data from all our clients and employees. I was made lead of the department, overseeing around 8 people.
The harest part of the job was keeping on top of my employees and motivating them to do better. I don't believe fear to be an effective motivator, I prefer a more positive approach.
The most fun part of my job was learning to grow as a person every day
