What does it take to get hired there? What's the customer service job like?
I feel kinda like a failure--I've been interview for 3 different jobs there over the past 7 years, but didn't get called back.
Last time for a customer service job, I passed the test w/ flying colors--got 100 on 1 part & HR rep said that was unheard-of, no one had ever done that before. Then, in my 'group' interview w/ 4 other hopefuls, I answered clearly, naturally, truthfully, proper grammar, well-thought out answers, sense of humor, there's nothing gross or weird about me, etc.
Yet I didn't get hired & no explanation. And they're STILL advertising that they're looking for people. It's not just sour grapes, but WTH? What do they WANT? My experience is in bookkeeping, office, clerical for 25 years. Why didn't I get hired?
