Pros: work from home, some very good/dedicated managers
Cons: minimal training, sparse support, little direction
GTSI has been thorough a lot, and is still struggling to understand what it is. There are many ideas and many leaders, but very little direction. Executives/upper management do not seem to understand or care about changes in the business environment and as such they struggle to make compelling adjustments. Day to day managers are very good, but they struggle to persuade their superiors.
