Pros: nice interaction with customers and the public
Cons: weird work hours
Days are long, open from 930-7, 7 days aweek work 5 or 6 days out work week. Nice and humbling experience working out in the aisles of a grocery store to obtain sales

Pros: awesome staff, very flexible
Cons: cant think of anything really, too far from where i lived
too bad they were bought out and had the customer service center closed. our call center ranked # 1 over all banks but the new bank closed us anyway.

Guaranty is a great place to work but don't confuse us with the Guaranty Bank that is out of business in Texas! We are a family owned and operated bank headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. We have regional headquarters in MN, GA, MI and IL as well. Love the hours and the people I work with. Loved the small bank atmosphere.

Pros: good work environment, good hours
Cons: always seemed to be shorthanded.
This was a small bank so it made it very easy to develop close relationships with your clients. When you talked about products and services, you felt like you were really trying to meet the customers needs. You got a chance to meet upper management. They were not just a name that you never got see.

Pros: great culture, lots of fun events, encouraged growth
Cons: no longer exists
Guaranty Bank of Austin was one of the best places I have worked. Unfortunately, they were acquired by BBVA Compass Bank. I was layed off when this happened so I have no idea what BBVA is like from an employment standpoint. However, I bank with them and am satisfied.
