Severely micromanaged
Clinical Staff (Former Employee), Rochester Hills, MIFebruary 28, 2014
Pros: staff and colleagues were very nice to work with.
Cons: severely micromanaged, unethical.
Owner has unreasonable expectations and doesn't delegate responsibility to others. Tries to run large company unilaterally. Hence micro managed and very stressful environment. By far worst company I've ever worked for. Before considering position research company and owner, much to be said on Internet regarding this agency.

Administrator/Director (Former Employee), Akron, OHMay 29, 2013
Pros: close to home, plenty of pto, great staff to work with
Cons: way too much work per day, the more you did the more there was to do.
Hard work, very challenging positions. Not very often enough hours in the day to complete a days work. Challenging in a good way. It challenged you to be the best you could be. Lots of support from corporate.
