Physical Therapist provides medically prescribed physical therapy services to patients in their own homes or contracted institutions to restore or improve physical functioning impaired by illness, accident, or disease. Evaluates, records, and reports on patient's response to treatment and progress toward identified goals. Integrates physical therapy treatments with other aspects of patient care.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
*Must have current North Carolina license for Physical Therapy and current CPR. *At least two years clinical experience. Clinicial affiliations will be considered a portion of the experience requirement. *Complies with accepted professional standards and principles. *Has critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast pace environment. *Has good communication skills both oral and written and has organizational ability necessary to complete and submit all required documentation of patient care within established time frames. *Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation.
