Pros: pay
Cons: working holidays and almost no family time.
This is a 24/7 rotation schedule. Pay is ok but you spend your time off recuperating from the 7 day stretches on mids. Not for the family type.

Pros: company allowed for advancements
As an employee at Guardian I was able to advance my career to top management, I was able to travel to various plants to help start up and had the opportunity to learn many asspects of the company
