GUARDIAN PEST SOLUTIONS, INC. is looking for the ideal candidate in the
Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area who will grow with our team as an Account Executive.

SUMMARY: Commercial and Industrial outside sales representative to execute sales strategy, initiate contact with potential customers, identify their needs and sell appropriate pest control services to meet those needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes but not limited to:

  • Identify prospective new accounts
  • Call prospective customers, identify customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship.
  • Increase sales in respective territory
  • Prepare sales information for customers
  • Prepare contracts for new customers
  • Communicate with the Service Department on all new contracts sold

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic sales skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques
  • Strong analysis and judgment skills
  • Self-Motivated, able to manage time and organize own schedule
  • Works well in a team environment and independently
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good driving record

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous Sales Experience Required
  • Previous Pest Control Experience is preferred but not required
