I was in charge or Loss Prevention and operations as well as all Human Resources. I would ensure that weekly schedules were completed and posted at least week prior. Ensured that all new hire paperwork were 100% up to date and that training guidelines were met. Conducted weekly Loss prevention audits and reported any known shortage. Conducted weekly group interviews and monthly orientations. Ensured the business remained steady and completed at least 4 hours of customer service experience through floor supervision. I had great co-managers and support system at work. The most enjoyable part of the job was the opportunity to connect with people on a daily basis.
