Great mission, poor employee satisfaction

There is little focus on the employee, constant strategy changes, and poor overall management of the business. The vast majority of the employees are committed to the company's law enforcement or security customer and are driven by their mission to solve the customer's problems.
While management has improved tremendously, the organization still works in silo's and the tactical effectiveness of sales and marketing is poor relative to competition.
The company has tremendous potential but will need better products and more reasons for high potentials to join the company.
