workplace with a lot of potential
Team Leader (Former Employee) – Orangeburg, SC – March 10, 2013
A typical day at the plant included assigning employees to the appropriate station to insure maximum production. Analyzing incoming chemicals and making formulas for the next production batches. I would perform constant checks on employees to ensure that there are no issues that would affect the desired daily production. The hardest part of my job was dealing with chronic discipline issues with a number of employees. I enjoyed my job the most when we as a team accomplished all of the objectives that were expected of us.
