Case Manager, Lakeland, FL - October 15, 2017
It's unfortunate that in this field the turn over rate is normalized and leaves the remaining case managers drowning in work. The expectations from lead agency are high and unrealistic. The attorneys are not supportive. People are quick to throw you under the bus during meetings or court. You are constantly volunteered to do things. Everything falls on the case managers back. People are willing to help but that's not enough. There is a constant cycle of people being hired and quiting.
