Gulf Commercial Brokerage is looking to hire sales motivated individuals to support our growing business. Gulf Commercial is seeking experienced agents with a strong sales background. Leads are provided through our marketing programs to agents, but will also expect agents to source their own deals and build a successful book of business.
The candidates that we are interested in interviewing must have the following requirements:
*Real Estate experience a must, minimum of 1 year commercial real estate experience preferred.
*Knowledgeable in commercial real estate investment sales, market trends and commercial real estate valuation.
*Strong Computer skills in Microsoft office- Excel, Outlook, Word
*Strong Customer Service & Phone Presence
*Well-versed in all real estate contracts & the process of listing, selling and leasing commercial properties.
In addition we are looking for a candidates who are:
- Team player
- Able to multitask, and prioritize tasks according to deadlines
- Able to organize priorities and establish deadlines; able to communicate effectively deadlines.
- Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment.
These duties may include, but are not limited to: all correspondence, schedules, cold calling, follow-ups, calendar management and more. Extensive written and verbal communication skills necessary. This potential position calls for someone who can work independently, who can multi-task, and who can be relied upon to work under minimal supervision.
