Pace is very fast; there is no time for QUALITY work anymore. You aren't able to sit and listen to your patients and their families because management wants direct care staff to crank out many visits so they can bill for them. It's very sad - these people are dying or losing a loved one. Hospice is meant to support them during this time, not exploit them.

The pace is becoming increasingly stressful now that productivity has become the company's mantra.

Very fast paced, stressful. Again due to lack of staff.
