CSR, Boise Idaho - December 28, 2014
Company's continually turning over with staff. Its high pressure with customers yelling at CSRs. The billing is really underhanded and lots of times I found 4-5 plus accounts open after customer had repeatedly called saying they'd canceled. They say they're honest but don't take them at their word. On my last day found my stuff all pulled out of my desk and in a box near Superiors desk. Very intrusive and untruthful!!! Really not my type of people Id choose to work with.
