Pros: people that work there are a group.
Cons: management is not very good.
I worked for Kidder Mathews for five years. The best way to describe this company is that each department operates like its own business. The core management is not unified. The benefits at the company are not good. They will cover you 100% for medical insurance (if you are an employee but not contract employee) but it costs like a $1000 or more a month – more... to cover your dependents. They use to match 401K but don't anymore. Don't expect a raise, ever. They will take away your benefits if you try and work from home or part-time. They also typically don't follow their own policies and procedures. As far as Commercial Real Estate companies go, they are pretty much typical. – less
