I was literally told my job was a “dead end job” by management team. Managers expect you to figure things out absolutely on your own very often. Company makes a lot of mistakes VERY often making this a stressful place to work. When a customer asks for a supervisor management expect YOU, as a customer care representative, to handle those calls and complicated situations, not to mention corporate calls that are way above your pay grade. There’s no guidance, no growth, no organization. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. I heard the few that are left after the outsourcing are currently looking for other jobs.
