Since 2002, APGO has provided Web site awards to programs whose sites provide outstanding and innovative content for use by medical students in the context of their clerkships, and by student interest groups, as well as other relevant curricula.
To be eligible, a site must be primarily intended for use by medical students. The site's focus should be either obstetrics and gynecology or, more globally, women's health. In the latter case, obstetrics and gynecology should be featured prominently in the site.
Award recipients receive an APGO Web Site of Excellence logo for placement on their site. They are also introduced at the CREOG & APGO Annnual meeting in March and are recognized in the annual report of APGO and the APGO Medical Education Foundation. – less–ZoomInfo
