Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) – Eugene, OR – January 26, 2017
The management is poor for training, sink or swim. If you want to move up you have to move to another branch. Great co-workers in this company, and they take care of you with lunches and gifts. If you care at all about good management this is not the company for you
Good place to work for but back breaking and fairly unrewarding work
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) – Bellevue, WA – October 24, 2014
I worked as a warehouse worker. The job was exhausting and did not leave me much energy to do anything else. The pay was fine but it was not worth it in my opinion. Still, the company as a whole was an excellent place that took care of their employees.
Warehouse Manager (Former Employee) – Clackamas, OR – November 7, 2013
I worked for this company for many years got no complaints. I started out driving a delivery truck while I learned counter sales. Moved through jobs to be warehouse manager. They are a family owned company with family values.
Outside Sales (Current Employee) – Bend, OR – December 23, 2012
The hardest part of the job is giving customers bad news when material that is needed on a project does not arrive as expected. The fun part about the job is building customer relationships and training them on new product. Management is fair and understands the day to day challenges. One of the biggest things I have learned is that you really do not understand another persons job until you have actually worked in that position day in and day out.
liberal in payed off holidays and pto time
at times does not seem very customer friendly with company policies.
