A Multi-tasked individual with high level customer service skills to schedule, coordinate and assign technicians to daily service calls. This person will work under the direction for the service manager to track technicians through out the day and relay all job information to technician prior to being sent on a call.
Knowledge of local geographical area – streets, highways, towns, etc.
Answer incoming telephone calls and attend to customer complaints in a polite, courteous and professional manner
Use proper communication procedures in a professional and courteous manner while dispatching calls to Service Technicians
Accounting for and filing of work orders
Dispatcher experience preferably in an HVAC service environment - desirable
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
- Computer skills
Experience - Education
Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
