We are currently seeking a highly motivated, entry-level Inside Sales Representative for our protective padding division in Boston, MA. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package including: medical insurance, life insurance, paid vacation, and Simple IRA with employer matching.
Manage high volume of inbound customer service calls.
Develop and maintain selling relationships with key customers and target accounts.
Provide technical assistance to customers and assists them in identifying products to meet their needs.
Process sales orders.
Interpret and record custom product measurements.
Attend trade shows as required.
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
Previous sales or customer service experience required.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong data entry skills; exceptional speed, accuracy, and attention to detail required.
Basic math and spatial reasoning skills.
Ability to interpret and record technical data and measurements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
