Department and managerial supervisors are so unorganized. If you don't fit in the clique you are isolated. The department meetings were always about *statistics, numbers snd more false numbers.
They are for profit! End of story. Lower paid employees bigger profits.

Management was super poor. My direct supervisor would make demeaning comments all the time. When I first started there she told me to hang out with the older than 60 clan, since I am near their age. Other employees heard it, but would not come forward with me, to scared they would lose their jobs. Another derogatory comment was that "I will never ever, hire an old person again." Went to office manager and she stated she did not believe that this employee would ever say this. Yet again, other employees heard it again and would not come forward again. Told them to blow it out their rear. Very poor management and does not believe new employees and they wonder why the turnover was so high in the department I worked. It was in a surgeons office in Overland Park, KS.
Not much room for advancement.
