I am seeking an AIT position. Have you completed an AIT program? Do you have any suggestions for other applicants interested in an AIT position? What courses would you recommend completing to better prepare an applicant for this position? What is the starting salary? What was your major in college? How has this prepared you for working as an AIT? I've submitted several application and have not received any feedback. Thanks! I.S.

What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?

I worked for them for about a year, nothing get resolve, if you want something done, you have to the charge person who never there. The pay is not all that but good benefits, the interviews are ridicule, four interviews with 4 different persons, they give you a fitness test. waste of time.

I would love to hear from any therapists (OT, PT, or ST) working for HCR Manor Care. What is the therapy department like? Do you have any complaints with regard to corporate expectations, such as unrealistic productivity rates and/or picking up inappropriate patients for therapy? What is the work atmosphere like?
I have seen a lot of complaints on this forum, but none of them seem to be from therapists.
I would love to hear comments from therapists at HCR Manor Care.

This company does not deserve to do well! It treats all of its workers like crap! The pay is not good! DONT EVER plan to be a long term worker, cause the minute you think you are they boot your ass right out the door! With out a second thought. I have watched alot of long term employees at Fostrian Nursing and Rehab center lose there job after 20 30 yrs. For NO REASON. Well it was a bull reason.... This company is crooked. You need to post on your local craigslist newspaper what ever and warn people. We need to get the word out! I only found this website by google. Post on craigslist!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR. VERY UNORGANIZED AND "CLICKY" ORGANIZATION. THE WAGES ARE AWFUL, AND MANAGEMENT HAS ALOT TO BE DESIRED.

This company is strange. You interview and interview, They post jobs that don't exist, they cancel jobs that one interviews two to four times for, the personalities of the management are robotic. Watch the old and newer movie called "Invasion of the Body Snatchers." They sit on making decisions so long that if they had a need for a staff member,it passes, and the just make due.
All managers have the same mindset. Dull, lowkey, and laise-faire.
When you see their job postings-just move on.
