Estimate / negotiate projects, while managing HGC personnel, subcontractors and multiple projects.

- Manage mulitple projects
- Clearly communicate with others in the company, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects / engineers, developers, clients, etc.
- Ensure that all information be presented in a mannerunderstandable to the client.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction or similar program
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Experience in commercial / industrial / institutuional work
- Experience in Microsoft Office products, Viewpoint, and scheduling software is a plus
