Don't get hired as an LTE (Limited Term Employee - renewable on a yearly basis with not more than 5 years total). It's like being a permanent temp. I have been trough three different accounts in less than 5 years. I am looking for other employment as the work that I was supposed to do (at all three accounts) dried up and they had to look for other accounts at which to place me. This time around there were no other accounts that needed the services of an LTE.
