This newly created position reports to the CFO of a healthcare company. The responsibilities include advising local clinical managers on methods to improve financial and operational performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis, communication, presentation and project management skills and knowledge of medical practice fundamentals, e.g reimbursement strategies, technology systems, labor utilization, materials management.
This is a highly visible position within the organization requiring exceptional internal consulting and leadership ability to influence without organizational authority. Successful performance will lead to promotion to a Director-level position within Finance or Operations within 24 months.
Candidates will NOT be considered if they are not currently working in healthcare.
