>First thing I do is to check email or any voice messages, then answer any urgent messages on the internet,then do application online, call employers for any outstanding documents that they need to provide for the application. Update the arrival book, sales report and files of our clients. While I'm doing all this I need to answer any enquiries though e-mail or phone. Also the sales for the previous day need to be deposited on the following day. In the afternoon I normally meet up with our clients who are not able to drop-by in the office to show new biodata that we have or to collect documents and payments.
>I learned a lot of new things on how to interact well with different typr of people. T o be a leader if I need to and agood follower. I've learned a lot about how to process the applications of our clients to meet the requirement of the Singapore Government.
>When it terms to management being a good team player play a good role to meet every expectations that my boss and manager had on me and I respect every decision they make.I always manage my time know how to prioritize the most important thing to do.
>I had a good relations with my co-worker, infact one of my co-worker whose been working with the company for more than five years was my mentor, I always ask for advise and things that I don't know especially the standard and system in their country. I enjoyed working with them.
>One thing that I can remember is to be on time with my appoinment with the client, especially if I need to meet them outside and it was very busy in the office, so I always running to catch the bus and the train it hard but I enjoyed it. I don't want to disappoint our clients and to missed the deal just because I'm late, but that one year that I worked with the company I've never been late and I got every deal with our clients.
>To meet different type of people and to know that you met your managers expectation and client expectation is the best feeling.
