A typical day was going to the assignment and going to a set spot at your assignment. I learned how to stay focused on my work no matter what is going on around me. Management seems to try and keep to the needs of the worked when it comes to finding jobs near them. Co-workers some were nice while others were rude. HR Solutions is a company of vision. The motivating part of doing job over there was the weekly challenges given to us. Each employee therein was free to work in his/her own ways . Strict rules at work and friendly environment were the things that motivates the most fr doing job there.
