I didn't really like it due to lack of consistent work. Typical day is hoping I get to actually work.

A temp company that has mostly jobs only near St. Louis
Temporary Worker (Former Employee), Saint Peters, MOJanuary 8, 2013
A typical day was going to the assignment and going to a set spot at your assignment.
I learned how to stay focused on my work no matter what is going on around me.
Management seems to try and keep to the needs of the worked when it comes to finding jobs near them.
Co-workers some were nice while others were rude.
The Hardest part of the job was the – more... repeating the same job everyday.
The most enjoyable part of the job was knowing what was expected of you everyday at work. – less

THE ART OF EXELLENCE
MANAGER/OWNER (Former Employee), GABORONE BOTSWANADecember 14, 2012
Pros: reward as per achievement
Cons: high risk business relationships
HR SOLUTIONS WAS A TYPICAL CENTER FOR INDIVIDUALS GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT. FIRST AND FOR MOST THE COMPANY UNDERSTOOD ITS MANDATE VERY WELL, RESPECTED THE CONSTITUTIONAL PARAMETERS OF ETHICAL LABOUR PRACTICES.A VERY CONDUSIVE ENVIROMENT WITH EFFECTIVE EQUIPMENT MADE LIFE A WORLD CLASS EXPIRENCE AND THE TEAM SPIRIT LEVEL WAS VERY HIGH.PASSION AND TARGETS – more... PUSHED INDIVIDUALS TO EXCELL AS REWARDS CAME IN AT PAR WITH INPUT AND GLADLY AS AGREED ALL THE TIME.

THE MOST FRAGILE WAS THAT THE COMPANY WAS ALWAYS DEPENDABLE ON SUB-CONTRACTED WORK AND IF THE PRINCIPAL FAULTERS,THE WHOLE TRAIN CRASHES. – less

very active, with lots of driving.
Soil Tester (Former Employee), Warman, SK.February 6, 2013
Drive to listed land locations, drill holes, gather soil, pack samples. Loved the driving ,weather permitting. Hardest part was seeking routes to fields that had no easily accessible entrace. Worked alone.
