Very serious but fun work place
Installer / Service Tech Helper (Former Employee), Summerville, SC – May 9, 2013
Get to the job site, get started on what was left from yesterday. I learned a lot about how to get around certain problems that comes with doing my job. As far as management it could've been better but for the most part i had a cool manager. My co-workers where great we got along great and helped each other every step of the way as a team or family. – more... The hardest part of my job is squeezing in tight corners to hang duck work or mastic it. The most enjoyable part of my job is 30 min before we get off because thats when everyone gets together a share jokes and talk about real life situations. – less

What a ride
Technician (Current Employee), Rochester, NY – April 20, 2013
Pros: company van, healthcare reimbursement
Cons: unsdeady work, limited advancement
. My day starts at 730 and ends when the job is complete
. I have learned the installation and service of a variety of equipment.
. I work with some really good people but with all groups there are people that are a little harder to deal with and I would work with them as well to complete the project.
. The hardest part of my job is having to do someone – more... else’s job so that I can do mine well
. The best part of my job is seeing a job well – less

HVAC
Assistant Service Technician/Installer/Helper (Former Employee), Manchester, KY – April 2, 2013
I enjoy doing HVAC. I enjoy troubleshooting problems, locating a malfunction, and and ultimately fixing something as vital as HVAC in someone's life. Everyone needs a refrigerator in this day and age, heat in the winter, and air conditioning in the spring/summer. I learned how to be mechanically inclined, and really boosted my problem solving skills – more... working in this industry for the last 3 years. – less

Productive work day lots of driving to job locations
Duct cleaner (Former Employee), South Glens Falls, NY – February 20, 2013
A typical work day is early start and long work hours. Co workers were hard workers and easy to get along with. Management was easy to talk to about any problems. Working more than 16 plus hours a day. Working with a crew instead of doing a job alone makes the job go much faster and easier. Traveling to other cities and staying at hotels are nice sometimes.
