Get to the job site, get started on what was left from yesterday. I learned a lot about how to get around certain problems that comes with doing my job. As far as management it could've been better but for the most part i had a cool manager. I enjoy doing HVAC. I enjoy troubleshooting problems, locating a malfunction, and and ultimately fixing something as vital as HVAC in someone's life. Everyone needs a refrigerator in this day and age, heat in the winter, and air conditioning in the spring/summer. Small company, no room to grow and pay is low compared to other larger companies.

Worked within the industry to continue gaining experience while furthering my education in the HVAC field. While out of state was able to obtain certifications to enable more precise applications of HVAC equipment installation.

I worked installing HVAC duct work. It was simple manual labor. I enjoyed working with my hands but learned that his type of work was not for me.

A TYPICAL DAY AT WORK WAS GREAT WORKING INDEPENDENTLY WITH FELLOW COWORKER ESTABLISHING BONDS FOR LONG TERM FRIENDSHIPS. THE HARDEST PART OF THE JOB WAS SUMMERTIME WORK WHEN HAVING TO GO IN 100+DEGREE ADDICTS .

I LEARNED PEOPLE SKILL AND MANAGEMENT..THE HARDEST PART OF THE JOB WAS MANAGING THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS OF THE CLEANERS.THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART OF THE JOB WAS MEETING AND CONNECTING WITH NEW PEOPLE.

A typical day will consist of doing routine maintenance on air conditioners, heters, boilers etc. The hardest part of the job are the long hours required at times to get the equipment working again, but the rewards are endless.

A typical day at work consisted of traveling to various residential/commercial properties for numerous type of HVAC jobs.

The only job that I've had since adulthood. This job gave me many opportunties to advance and grow with the company.

A typical work day is early start and long work hours. Co workers were hard workers and easy to get along with. Management was easy to talk to about any problems. Working more than 16 plus hours a day. Working with a crew instead of doing a job alone makes the job go much faster and easier. Traveling to other cities and staying at hotels are nice sometimes.

Owner died ten years ago and the doors have been shut longer then that.

I am a A/C tech with 3 years experience and I have over 7 years of experience as a CSR/Call center rep. My daily duties are trouble shooting A/C split sytems, residentialn and comercial, and geothermal heat pumps. Repair/replace compressors, evap and cond, fan motors and coils.

All i can say about this job is, Why did i leave. I became a supervisor i supervised 6 employees, I really learned alot from this career.
