Working with HACI Mechanical Contractors was hard work most of the time. Working construction in the Arizona summer heat was never really easy, but you adapt eventually. I had learned quite a bit of utilizing a wide array of tools and operating machinery such as forklifts, forward reach forklifts, hydraulic lifts and bobcats.
Work with coworkers would vary. Some coworkers were very, very pleasant and we could work together very efficiently and actually have a lot of fun together doing it. But then there were to coworkers who weren't very enjoyable to be around because they simply hated being at work. Management was great, the company does very well in hand picking quality foreman for their projects.
Hardest part would be working in the summer heat.
Most enjoyable part would have to be the reward of being able to drive downtown and see a structure that I personally helped to build (example: The Cardinals Stadium, Phoenix Symphony Hall Renovation, Florence Prison, various high rise condos in downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale)
