We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to schedule appointments, give information to callers, take dictation, and otherwise relieve officials of clerical work and administrative and business detail by performing the following duties.

Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
Operates a personal computer data entry and retrieval via Microsoft Office software
Composes and types routine correspondence via E -mail or Microsoft Word.
Files correspondence and other records.
Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
Schedules appointments.
Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to employer or appropriate person.
Arranges travel schedule, reservations meetings and other corporate events.
Compiles and types reports for financial management team.
Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter.

Requirements include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Must have a high attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
1+ years experience in an administrative support role desired
Strong customer service and ability to interact with various groups
