This company only cares about its numbers. They do not have a set "productivity number" but assistants are 93% and r is 85%. District manager makes up rules to save their butt. Rewards the people who should get a bigger head. Does not care about loyalty with company. District manager is the worst. Micromanaged everything. Made weekly visits.
If you don't mind working for a company that doesn't care about you, you found it. I don't recommend this company. Will never back you up.
