Middle management does not get the support they need to excel.
Workers needs are not meet and causes high turnover.
Pros
The HQ staff and workers get free coffee.
Cons
Contractor's needs are not meet nor are they given concern unless issues arise.

Halfaker and Associates is a company who genuinely cares about the well-being of their employees.
With a great benefits package, and management who listens to any and all concerns that an employee may have, I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a career.

There was not a lot of emails to answer.

The pay and benefits were excellent. I had a chance to become a supervisor of five call center employees.

The benefits and pay were excellent.
Cons
Clocking in for breaks and lunchtime.
