Pros: large hospital with lots of opportunities for learning
Cons: dishonest, self serving drs. terrible management
Very patient Unfriendly. Nursing patient ratio in Icu unsafe! I've worked with some great nurses and some that were neglectful and abusive. Even when brought to the attention of management not only was nothing done, you were now seen as a trouble maker. Our job as a nurse is to advocate for the patients.
