We celebrate life saves and good deeds each February in honor of Hall Ambulance Service's anniversary. At the 2017 Employee Recognition Awards program we celebrated 453 employees and presented 131 awards in recognition of our employees' achievements.

Hall EMTs who have demonstrated the ability to provide a quality experience for our customers, can apply to be sponsored to attend the Bakersfield College Paramedic Training Program. Sponsorship includes assistance with books and tuition and full pay and benefits while attending the didactic sessions and while completing a field internship. New paramedics agree to work for Hall Ambulance for an extended period in exchange for sponsorship.
Since 1971, Hall Ambulance Service has grown its operations management from within, promoting EMTs and Paramedics through the ranks with opportunities to move in to management and leadership positions. For paramedics, the first step is to work towards becoming a paramedic field supervisor. Aside from serving as first responders, these EMS professionals are responsible for providing day-to-day support in the field to our ambulance crews.
