Company-Sponsored Paramedic School
Hall EMTs who have demonstrated the ability to provide a quality experience for our customers, can apply to be sponsored to attend the Bakersfield College Paramedic Training Program. Sponsorship includes assistance with books and tuition and full pay and benefits while attending the didactic sessions and while completing a field internship. New paramedics agree to work for Hall Ambulance for an extended period in exchange for sponsorship.

For paramedics, the first step is to work towards becoming a paramedic field supervisor. Aside from serving as first responders, these EMS professionals are responsible for providing day-to-day support in the field to our ambulance crews. The starting salary for a paramedic field supervisor is $65,000.Hall Critical Care Transport provides higher-level medical transportation by ground and EMS helicopter, staffed with a paramedic, and the addition of a registered nurse.
