I have a great TS (territory supervisor) who is thorough and responsive. This is the main reason my Retail Merchandising Job has been very rewarding. If you are looking for an independent position and you are self motivated this is an excellent little PT job. If you have a decent TS this is a fantastic opportunity to work and make a little bit of pocket money- it’s not money you could live on. It’s gratifying to keep the stores ship shape. I drive between several stores. During slow times you are offered installation work but those people can be trolls. 🤡

Needs to be union. Seems like the management always denies your raises for one of three different reasons. 1. accuracy 2. not doing overtime 3. point rate. I was told I couldn't go to first shift because I had a "CR" (write up) on accuracy 3 months prior. So I was told I have to wait a year to apply for first again. When they fire you, they don't call you at home. They deactivate your badge so when you come to get in the door, oops your badge don't work, I guess I'm fired. I was making a 59% point rate. I need to do a 60. I was told by my boss that he really needs me to do a 69%. I didn't get a raise, so no I'm not doing a 69%. lol. It barely pays the bills. Its ok. Its a job....Liberty, Mo
