Enjoyable and positive work environment to really connect with customers
Sales Associate (Current Employee) – Oakton, VA – September 13, 2013
A typical day at work is checking in merchandise, arranging displays and overstock of items, greeting and assisting customers constantly. I learned how to provide great customer service and really link in to the needs of customers and give them an experience that would make them want to return to the store. Management can be really great or really not-so great depending on who you're communicating with and what topics it is relating to. My co-workers are great and I made a lot of great friends through out the years. The hardest part of my job was feeling confident around certain management because instead of helping us become better employees we might just be criticized and told we were wrong but not taught how to do things the right way. The most enjoyable part of my job was the relate-ability to the customers and being very easily knowledgeable about all of our merchandise.
lenient work schedule, great co-workers, appreciative and kind customers
healthcare (as heard from other employees), how management handled certain situations

Clock in. Check receiving for new freight. Stock and order. Straighten and take trash. The hardest part of the job is I don't feel that I have the information that I need to complete the job efficiently. I feel that the company could be better at getting information to the employees.
fun place to work not enough work early spring to Thanksgiving to keep you busy.
