Halyard has the environment and resources necessary to complete tasks and reach goals, but what's lacking is management's approach to people and to work, for it to produce results. Computerized assessments replace involved, inspiring managers.
What's most important is that upper management is unaware of the lack of leadership, of what's going on, thus lacking an understanding of how undervalued employees feel.
