Translator (Former Employee), Versailles, KY – July 18, 2014
Pros: enhance my skills of working independently with little to no supervision
Cons: lack of managment
While working as Translator at Hamilton-Ryker I found that the work load was often more than initially stated when hired. There was also a lack of proper and effective management. This made it difficult to address issues in a timely and efficient manner.

A typical day is putting lawnmower together so it can be placed on the assembly line. I learn how to work with more tools and that its easy to put together a lawn mower. My co-worker were friendly and fun to be around. i enjoyed going to work everyday
Operations Clerk (Former Employee), Covington, TN – December 5, 2013
Pros: easy, enjoyable work atmosphere.
Cons: no benefits and only seasonal.
Ran agricultural office on assigned shift. I learned that in this job when there is down time, I like to stay busy so, I found work to keep busy throughout my shift. Management and co-workers were great and easy to work for and with. Very helpful team players. There was nothing hard about this job except it was seasonal and I hated when time was up. – more... I enjoyed every aspect about this job. – less
Assembly line worker (Former Employee), Dyersburg,TN – October 28, 2013
I liked working at NSK because I knew exactly what I was going in to do everyday. I learned how to assemble and work fast down the line to meet a certain goal. The management and the co-workers came, got to business, and worked hard. The hardest part about the job was not to get behind if the machine jammed up. The most enjoyable part of the job was – more... the fast pace work made time go by. – less
Line Assembler (Former Employee), Verona, MS – July 25, 2013

Assembly Line Worker (Former Employee), Martin, TN – July 24, 2013
Pros: 3 breaks in cluding 30 min lunch
Cons: breaks were very short
A typical day at work would be people asking for things such as braces and such and not getting them. I learned that company doesn't necessarily care about their workers. The manager was nice and always talked about getting people what they wanted but never went through with it. The co-workers were great, very likable people, just not the people that – more... were over you. Hardest part of the job was not getting the help you needed when you needed it most such as needing braces. – less
