While working for this company I learned how to improve my time management and ability to stay organized and to multitask. I got to meet many different kinds of people. I was able to work with others as a team.

The office staff calls with an assignment. Depending on where you go you may or may not always know what you're expected to do.

It was a great place to work. Everyone is really nice and works with you when problems arise. They are very patient and understanding.

Its hard to say what a typical day was at MTD. there alomst 100 people worked on the line and you end up learning to do a variety of jobs noone is assigned any certain place on the line.this means learning to use a variety of air tools screw guns impact wrenches and such. Managemnt employees were always nice and helpful whenever possible. I got to work – more... around so many different types of people. I got along with the people very well. There was nothing I did not like about MTD the most enjoyable part was the days that went quick the line moved no stopping the line those are good days in my opinion – less

Learned to work in factories.
Learned saftey aswell.
Learned how to drive a fork lift.
Working in food made it easy for me to get along with many different types of folks.

I really like working for this company even though the jobs I have gotten have only been part time. The people that I have came in contact at this company really seems to try to help you find a job.

Very good place to work for as a temporary service. The people were excellent and helpful

I just assemble gas lines, checked wires and head lights. Management was nice if you had any paroblems they where will to help in anyway they could.
