Requirements:    

  • MUST HAVE 1-3 YEARS OF HOTEL EXPERIENCE - PREFERABLY IN THE FRONT OFFICE. 
  • A positive and upbeat personality with the ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to influence situations.
  • Strong computer systems skills including reservations and reporting systems. 
  • Maintain a friendly and positive outlook and professional appearance.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork. 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed (primarily days).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Front Office operations to include, but not limited to, guest services (guest arrival/departure), upholding brand standards and initiatives, product quality, systems use and management, department management, policy and procedure enforcement and meeting participation.
  • Monitor, train and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvement recommendations accordingly.
  • Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events.
  • Schedule all hotel staff at appropriate levels based on guest demand, perform room inspections and oversee housekeeping supervisors.
  • Assist the General Manager in the daily operation of the hotel.
