Construction Administrative Assistant – Residential new home builder seeks experienced project management assistant or construction management assistant. Applicant should have a minimum of 5+ years of administrative construction experience including assisting with job permitting, purchase orders, contract bidding, request for pricing (RFP), negotiating and awarding contracts, scheduling and ordering of materials, and various related duties to support senior project managers in a fast paced construction environment. Candidate must have experience in basic office software including Excel, MS Office, as well as familiarity with construction purchasing and accounting software such as Peachtree, Timberline or Job View. Candidate should possess strong organizational skills, work and communicate well with others, be a team player and work well under pressure.
