Enjoyed working in the service department with the employees who were with the company for more than a few months. We all had a respect for each other and had a great working relationship. Biggest down fall of this company, is the hours. Working 11-12 hour days Monday through Friday and 8 hours every other Saturday made it difficult to have quality time with my family.
I enjoyed working with customer on a daily basis. We would have the easy jobs of a quick fix or service need and we would have also the customers who were anything but happy to be at the dealership on their time off, or period. I always made it a point to make sure all customer are taken care of and know they are care for, but especially the upset customers. I wanted to turn a bad experience into a good experience so they would return to our service department with a smile on their face.
