A typical day is far from typical. The array of happenings at this establishment would keep anyone entertained. I would be responsible for writing newsletters, menu creation, recipe writing for kitchen and bar, interacting with customers, building maintenance, cooking, bar tending, serving, cleaning, training staff, educating, ordering, inventory, payroll, scheduling, hiring, arranging services (i.e. waste removal, maintenance, utilities), and the list goes on.
