Looking for new career opportunities in Houston? Hannon has immediate sales jobs openings for outside sales representatives in our equipment repair service department. We’re looking for true sales professionals who can expand relationships with our existing customers and actively solicit new accounts. Candidates must have previous industrial sales experience in hydraulic and/or pneumatic equipment, service or parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing customers to sell equipment repair services
  • Qualify sales leads and cultivate prospects
  • Identify and actively pursue target accounts
  • Network with potential customers and build new relationships
  • Develop, deliver, follow up and track quotes
  • Negotiate and close deals in a timely fashion
  • Facilitate necessary paperwork with customers and prospects
  • Work with purchasing, materials, production and other personnel to respond to prospect and customer needs
  • Meet sales and profitability goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, industrial distribution, etc.) or equivalent technical experience
  • 2+ years of experience selling hydraulic and pneumatics equipment, service or parts
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Active listener
  • Strong communicator
  • Able to work independently
