Our Immediate Care Center is growing and actively seeking to employ experienced or highly motivated new graduate Family Practice Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to become part of our provider team.
Position will offer the opportunity to diagnose, treat, prescribe, and refer patients for follow-up treatment as needed in this urgent care and after-hours environment. This healthcare delivery model affords the provider the autonomous means to exercise their skills developed through education, experience and training to truly impact the health and well-being of our patients in a personal and meaningful way and serves as a resource to our on-call physicians in providing an after-hours resource for their patients. Working within an Electronic Medical Record environment will provide ease of access to patient health history and optimize the provider’s ability to deliver quality care to our patients.
Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with our patient community is critical to the success of our practice. Must be able to work independently within the scope of practice guidelines and appropriately direct patients for follow-up care as their healthcare needs dictate.

Full-time; schedule includes 3, 12 hour shifts per week with an every/other weekend rotation.
Part-time or PRN; supplement your income and provide relief staffing to our permanent team by
working pre-established shifts based on your availability; weekdays or weekends
Possible opportunity for "locums" with urgent care experience to be available for temporary long term (or possibly short term) assignments, as needed; cut out the "middle man" and become a credentialed member of our team for assignments when available
