Receive, compile and generate job folders with order documentation from sales agents.
Generate purchase orders for subcontractors and special orders.
Prepare work orders for necessary departments.
Obtain required freight quotes if applicable.
Request additional designs and production files from the art department, or other necessary information required to support contracts and permitting.
Prepare all permit applications.
Conduct job folder meetings with Operations Manager as jobs are entered.
Update salespeople on job information as necessary.
Maintain job files through installation; close job folders and convey to supervisor.
Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with advanced Excel skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication.
Organized, detailed, proficient in documentation and follow up.
Ability to work within a defined system work process.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years related work experience.
$12 - $14 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
This is a full time (40 hour work week) position
