I had to consider my direct Sr. Manager when rating "Management". Had I not, the Management score would have been much lower. My Sr. manager is the best I have ever worked with, hands down. However, the mid level "Directors" are not what anyone would consider IT knowledgeable. I found their drive to climb the corporate ladder insulting and dangerous to anyone in their vertical. I find it wrong to expect 12 to 14 hr work days, especially over holiday weekends. When producing a multimillion dollar project, trial and error is used in place of planning and execution!
My co-workers and peers are the best. The toughest part of the job would be the "ready, fire, aim" approach to projects.
I learned it is not what you know or how well you execute your work, it is "git er dun" faster, cheaper and without any thought of quality or sustainability.
