Pros: beneifits
a day at work would be an adventure. Some days are slow some are steady. What I learn at Hardees is that they do alot on a timely matter, in which you have to beat or stay under that time as well. Management are fun easy going people at work. Makes me works even harder to become apart of the team. my Coworker are difficult. Me at my age working around – more... younger co workers makes me feel reengernize by working with them. The hardest part of my job is going behind my coworkers making sure the task is done even when they know that they have to do it their selves. The most enjoyable time of the job is clocking out getting ready to go home from a days of work. – less

Pretty ok place to work.
Customer service (Current Employee), connersville indianaDecember 14, 2014
I've worked at Connersville Hardees since before they opened. I do enjoy working there, but working with certain people has become an issue. On a typical day, I clock in, wash my hands, and go straight to taking our guests orders. I also drop hashrounds if I am working breakfast, or fries, onion rings, and curly fries if I'm working lunch/dinner. I – more... wipe down tables, sweep, and always stock and clean the beverage bar. I also make sure to check on the customers to see if there is anything that I can get for them. Periodically, I will check the trash to see if it needs to be changed. I enjoy my job for the most part, except when working with one certain employee. She tends to bully most of us and abuse her management position. She makes fun of customers and other co workers. I just don't care for that kind of attitude. It is far from professional. I've tried to contact my General Manager about the situation, but he never gives me any type of response. Other then that, i enjoy working at Hardees! – less

A good company, sometimes things didn't go as well as we would like them to, but overall a good clean and safe environment to work in. The people got along with each other and everyone did whatever it took to help get the job done.

Pros: free lunches
A typical day at work would include making sure the lobby area remained clean, make sure the tea and any condiments were refilled and stocked, greet the customers with a smile and help with anything they may need. While working at Hardees I had learned to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment. The hardest part of the job was sometimes – more... when I had to do the cashering on the front end register and also do drive through. The most enjoyable part of the job was greeting the customers with a smile. – less

Hardees was my first job when I was in High school. I am currently not working for Hardees. I worked both morning shift and night shift at Hardees, but I worked morning shift more on weekends and when school let out. Morning shift was very busy. There were only 3 people their in the mornings which included a cashier, manager, and biscuit maker until – more... 9. Working at Hardees was very challenging to me because it was my first job and when got really busy it became overwhelming really fast. I enjoyed working with my co-workers but a few of the managers not so much. Some of the managers tended not to help when it became really busy and expected me to do it all knowing this was my first job and I wasn't use to the working environment. – less

They need to really pay attention to people they hire, cause some are just plain disrespcfull.
Back Line cook (Former Employee), Liberty, SCDecember 1, 2014
Pros: free food
Cons: short break, and disrectfullness
My typical day at work was aggrivating. When i would go in and see that im the only cook doing anything you should see why. I quit the job because my shift manager always complained to other people about my speed. I think that if i have a problem then she should come and talk to me. She kept on going behind my back and talking about me, and i know because – more... i have walked up and caught her. im not suppose to be the only cook on the back line there are two people that are suppose to be on the back line not one.The managment for the most part is okay, the only good thing was that i did have friends that i went to school with and when i messed up i got to eat the food that i messed up. – less

A day in fast food .
Cashier (Former Employee), jacksonvilleDecember 1, 2014
Pros: the guests, the discounts, the fast pace
Cons: no benefits, lack of team work
Wake up , happy ready for a good day at work . Walk in the door everyone's running guests thru the door . Drive thru wrapped around the building. around nothing is balanced out . So you take the reins put a headset on and try to get the situation under control drive thru time is at 6 mins , foods being served cold. Co-workers blaming you for being slow – more... when your moving as fast as you can , i mean your only one person. Then your boss approaches you and tells you how well you've handled things. Which turns your day right side up again . and you forget all the stress you just endured then believe you had a impact on a company so well the boss even noticed . – less

The most enjoyable part of the job was giving out the food and taking the orders. I've learned that helping people with the smallest things like with food can make a huge difference. My co-workers at the time were very easy to get to know and fun to be around and made the work day go by much faster than normal.
