Surgical Scheduler (Current Employee) – Elizabethtown, KY – August 30, 2017
I have enjoyed my time as an HMH employee. The Managerial staff always made me feel as if we were family versus an employee and could openly come to them with any issue whether it be work related or personal and I would receive any and all assistance I needed
Secretary (Former Employee) – Hardin County, KY – August 15, 2017
I feared my job was in jerpordary every single day I worked. Mgmt always went with the brown nosera not always seeing who worked hardest. No support from upper management. Co worker were alway the ones who had each other's back not your manager.
Pay was good
We worked there and still paid higher insurance premiums
Fast paced, heavy lifting, very short breaks, very hectic.
Environmental Services (Former Employee) – Elizabethtown, KY – August 6, 2017
Management was horrible. Older man run department and loved the "younger" workers. Could never get help when you became overloaded with work. Supplies were never stocked. A lot of back stabbing and tattling. Stressful atmosphere!!!
Hardin Memorial was a good experience for me. But I am ready for a change.
Lead Mammographer (Current Employee) – Elizabethtown Diagnostic Imaging – June 25, 2017
I am ready for change in my life and desire a change and possible move for advancement. New environment and ready for change! Mammography is quick paced and requires good judgement and immediate action. Good communication skills to patient and co workers. Work in a timely fashion and excellent attendance record.
Patient Care Technician (Former Employee) – Kenton, OH – June 9, 2017
I was a little disappointing that i was told i would be working days and the day before i started they put me on nights. it was a nice place to work and the staff was pleasant. never seen my supervisor or mgr. i got sick with CHF. so i had to resign at the time.
