Management lacks caring for the employees. Though benefits, pay are at (or just above) averages, the lack of management support, training, and caring for the employees makes many leave. Yes, high turn-over rates.
Promotions/advancement definitely based upon who is the favorite (looks, party buddy, or etc.) vice the most qualified. Many positions have people who are not qualified, mess up almost daily (like scanning, store director, store manager, produce manager, lead CSM)
